We are a community based group working toward the recovery of our community from the heroin and opiate addiction epidemic.

The fact is our community needs help. We need information on how to prevent this epidemic from spreading and also recovery and treatment solutions. Answers cannot be found in
exclusion, ignorance, and intolerance. Gaining knowledge about the disease can better help us and our communities understand how and why it occurs in an individual. Once we begin to understand the physical and mental toll addiction has on both Addict and
Community, we can share knowledge and resources to fight together against this epidemic. We cannot ignore the problem nor expect others to solve it. Those who are suffering from this epidemic are our friends, family members, neighbors…
